Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of the Website is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms.

Your use of the Website signifies your agreement that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or otherwise use this Website.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

"Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us in the registration or buying process, in the feedback area or through any email feature. We will protect your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account and Password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile phone, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account or Password. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the terms; And we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the website and refuse to provide you with access to the website.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Membership on the site is free. While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

ORDERING GOODS

You agree to pay the full amount payable for the Product as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or charges incurred with that order like taxes, duties, or other liabilities imposed by any government or agency, including without limitation, goods and services taxes or any value-added tax imposed on any goods acquired or ordered by you from this website. All prices are displayed and are payable in Indian National Rupees.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any goods, an error in the price of the description of the goods posted on this Web Site, or an error in your order.

While availing any of the payment method(s) available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

  • Lack of authorization for any transactions, or any payment issues arising out of the transaction, a decline of transaction for any other reasons

We reserve the right to refuse to process Transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by the buyer with us or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by issuing bank or breach of any policy.

DELIVERY

You shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal details for an easy and timely delivery.

Most orders are delivered in 6-8 days. We will send you an email on the day of dispatch, your goods will be sent through courier service (excludes weekends and Bank holidays) and should arrive between 9 am and 5 pm on a working day (Unless you choose Saturday delivery) please ensure that you are available to take the delivery and sign for the goods.

We are not responsible for any delays in the shipping of your ordered and purchased Product/s, lost or missing Product/s, or the incorrect delivery of the Product/s to you, which is due to your fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you.

Following delivery, if you received the item that is not in perfect condition, you have 48 hours or two working days to raise any queries or inform us of any missing or damaged items. After this period we will not be able to deal with any claims for missing or damaged items.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes our products do not match your expectations. Keeping our customers in mind, we have devised a return policy which makes it easy to refund/exchange your product. All we ask for is 15 days. Within 15 days we ensure that the product is refunded!

PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED IF ONE OF THE BELOW CONDITIONS IS SATISFIED

  • Product is Damaged- during transit product is Defective - during the manufacturing process
  • product is Not as described on the website orders cannot be canceled, once they are shipped
  • The return process will be initiated once we receive the goods. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
  • Further, the damaged/defective Products must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.

RETURN GUIDE

Step 1

Submit a return request through your account within 7 days after you have received the product, by clicking on the ‘Return” option on the website/ app, and follow the directions.

Step 2

We will arrange for a pick up from the same address to which the product was shipped.

Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across.

Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.

Step 3

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in an acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will initiate the return. On the other hand, if the Product is not as per the aforementioned conditions, then the returned Product will not be accepted and would be returned back to the customer.

REFUND

We will either replace your product or give you a gift voucher for the same amount (whatever you opt for). We will also refund the shipping charges (if applicable) when you return the product. The refund of return shipping charges will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of the product cost, whichever is lower.

In case you do not want to opt for the gift voucher for the amount of refund or the exchange product, such amount shall then be refunded as you paid for the product. If the payment was made by credit card, debit card, or net banking, we will refund the money to your credit card, debit card, or net banking account respectively.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Once the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you can choose not to accept it and initiate the cancellation process. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.

IN ORDER TO CANCEL AN ITEM IN YOUR ORDER

Log into your account and go to the 'My Orders' page. Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link.In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order. Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund, and confirm cancellation. Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', then the cancellation request is nullified and the courier will reach you. You can then initiate a returns process as per the Returns policy
